File a Claim


Filing a claim online is easy! Here’s how to get started:

1. Log into your account 
    First time users: Register your protection plan and create an online profile.
    Registered users: Enter your email address and password.
2. Under “Your Protection Plans,” click on the product that needs repair.
3. Follow the onscreen prompts and submit your claim.

Your claim may be automatically approved or we may need up to 24 hours to process it. 

Helpful Hints:
Whether you file your claim online or over the phone, be sure to have the following information ready to help speed up your claims process:
- Your plan documentation including the contract number.
- The covered product’s sales receipt if required by your plan.
- A credit or debit card if a deductible payment is required.
