Our Claims Department provides:
- Authorized, licensed repair facilities that follow all terms and conditions of the customer's agreement.
- Timely auditing and turnaround of claims payments through credit card payment process.
- Experienced claims members who have been recruited from the automotive service industry. The majority of our claims department is ASE certified.
- Detailed claims reports such as loss trend, dealer performance, claim detail and experience. Reports are provided on a monthly and quarterly basis.
