Whether you need to know about insurance for your job or you would like to learn about insurance for your own general knowledge, you can participate in a variety of insurance self-study programs. These programs, which are administered through insurance institutes and associations, lead to a variety of professional designations.

The insurance self-study programs are administered through the following organizations:

LOMA offers life insurance courses.

The American Institute for CPCU/Insurance Institute of America (IIA) offers property and casualty insurance courses.

The Health Insurance Association of America (HIAA) offers health insurance courses.

The International Claim Association (ICA) offers claims-related courses.

Our KDC staff will help you enroll and will provide the self-study materials that you need.
